openoffice module Installation Error

I imported the openoffice module
& getting started to install it but there is a following error in installation

you do not have Relatorio python library installed, or if you have, please check if it is installed on the right version of python (the one OpenERP is running).

you do not have Relatorio python library installed, or if you have, please check if it is installed on the right version of python (the one OpenERP is running).

We may not provide direct support for your system for free, just general guidelines, sorry. As I wrote Windows system may not be fully supported, it was not our primary target. In general it is proprietary system and we not focus on it. If you want our direct involvement in your setup installation, we would be happy to provide as a paid service.
